Pushing through the hurdles surrounding goals.


Here is day 2 of goal updates! With little bud waking up way too early for me, I've been exhausted all day and seem to be having a down day.  I definitely wanted to give into sleep and stress tonight instead of doing yoga, but pushing through it all made me feel more accomplished than just running through the motions of doing it normally.  Working toward goals with hurdles isn't easy but when you get over those hurdles, you feel a sense of elation and it makes it a little easier to keep going on your goals.

Working toward my goals.


So I thought I would post a small post once a day about working toward my goals. Last night after my boys went to bed, I did 40 minutes of yoga and 40 crunches with my mom. Always helps to have someone to exercise with to help keep you motivated. Yoga has been good for me with helping me to de-stress and handle the boys better.

My goals for week 1 of the 31 Days of Better Health and Wellness Challenge!


I surprised my family here in WI and came to visit for a month! I love to surprise them and am so excited to be able to spend time with them all as I'm only able to see them once a year or so. Well I'm here with my boys in WI, I'll be working on a better and  healthier me for the 31 days of Better Health and Wellness Challenge along with researching and planning the better and healthier home and food aspects of the challenge. The New Year = A Better Happier Me!



The new year has started! I decided to work on making myself better in this new year and taking steps to be healthier, happier, more efficient in all aspects of my life. I will be starting by joining the 31 Days to Better Health And Wellness Challenge at Modern Alternative Health.
