Pushing through the hurdles surrounding goals.


Here is day 2 of goal updates! With little bud waking up way too early for me, I've been exhausted all day and seem to be having a down day.  I definitely wanted to give into sleep and stress tonight instead of doing yoga, but pushing through it all made me feel more accomplished than just running through the motions of doing it normally.  Working toward goals with hurdles isn't easy but when you get over those hurdles, you feel a sense of elation and it makes it a little easier to keep going on your goals.




 With the change of climate and food here, I've been getting sick which isn't fun at all. So I've been a tad bit crabbier with the boys than usual, so by keeping up with the yoga it is still helping me to be a more patient mom. I've been trying to keep up with eating more carbohydrates every meal to help gain more weight. It tough sometimes to remember to take the time to eat when I am so worried about feeding the boys all the time or the things I have to do next. Which is why I like to eat as a family at the dining room table to be able to take a breather and eat. This post is going to be short since duty calls and little Bud is starting fuss in his sleep. Remember that even if you lose track of your goals some days you can always get back to them and not fully give up on working to make your life and health better.
